30 Minutes prior to that time
From the front entrance/parking lot take a hard left past the grand lawn & follow the sandy path down to Hammock Beach
where you will be greeted by yogini Jessica & beautiful ocean sunset views!
Class is an all level Vinyasa flow and all are welcome.
Bring your own mat, water & yogi props if you want them!
$10 cash at class ~ no online registration
