Private or Small Group Sessions:

There are many reasons why individuals and small groups decide upon private lessons. Some students who are completely new to the practice opt for a few one-on-one sessions prior to joining a group class. Intermediate students may ask for private sessions to help take their practice to the next level. Advanced practitioners often find it helpful to be reminded of the basics through more focused private asana (poses) and breath work with an instructor.

Private instruction is a great way to reduce the anxiety of competition. Competition should not be part of yoga instruction. However, many people with disabilities, weight issues or other problems may feel uncomfortable in a health club or studio. Modifications and adjustments will be demonstrated and used with each yoga practice to match the needs of each individual student. Private Instruction can lead to confidence. With confidence, the student’s range of abilities will improve.  Your yoga sessions will be tailored for you.

Private or On-Site Group Sessions can also be great gifts or fun events to organize for:

1 hour private $69

1 1/2 hour private $100

1 hour semi-private (2)  $100

1 1/2 hour semi-private $135

In-home private 1 hour $100

In home semi-private $120

On-site private group session (call for rates)

In home privates may be higher in price if extra travel time is required.

All private yoga lessons are based on availability and all prices are subject to change.

Cancellations~must be received 24 hours prior to scheduled session or no refund will be given.
