I’ve been practicing yoga at KLY for 10 years, and it’s completely transformed my body and life. Before Yoga, I was all about the gym-working out with a trainer multiple times a week. While I liked the results, I didn’t enjoy the grind. When I moved to Key Largo, the nearest gym was too far, so I decided to give yoga a try, even though I thought yoga was only about stretching and not sweating. My first class was intense – I left hooked.
Yoga has made my body stronger, I’m more patient, I feel so connected. I deepened my practice by earning my RYT-200 during a life-changing month in Nepal. Now, I’m excited to share my love for yoga and inspire others on their journey. Yoga changed my life-maybe it’ will change yours too!
