I went too a class with Kat last Saturday., "The philosophy of yoga". It was wonderful!!!
She went thur the 5 "Klesha's" of yoga. The obstacles and afflictions of the mind!
Who knew? I had no understanding of these Klesha's......who knew??? he ..he.. he..
She was so knowledgable and instructed and taught in a very relaxing and calming. state of mind.
We did some great breathing techniques. I am loving attending this yoga practice while I am down here in Key Largo
Can't wait to go to the Candlelight yoga this evening.
