Morning Vinyasa Flow

This morning vinyasa flow class is a dynamic, energizing yoga practice designed to awaken your body and mind, connecting breath to movement through a series of flowing sequences, suitable for all levels.

As a yoga teacher, my goal is to create a comfortable and empowering space for my students to flourish and grow their practice – no matter the skill level. By using a functional approach to yoga, I encourage my students to feel into their body and offer total agency so they can make the practice their own. I hope to inspire my students and learn from them every day.
