Our new Teachers are offering this FREE class every Tuesday for anyone new to the Vinyasa Practice or anyone who wishes to get back to basics. Â This slow-paced class will follow the classic sequence of vinyasa but with an emphasis on safety and alignment and basic poses. Â Modifications for postures and transitions will be taught and encouraged in this class. Â This class is open to all levels, and anyone 13 and older is welcome. Â Wear comfortable clothes, mats are included if you don’t have your own. Â Come ready to learn and grow!!
