Christa Huss

I graduated Hofstra University with a degree in Psychology & Dance in 1999.  After Dancing with a few companies in NYC, as well as managing restaurants, I ended my career there and moved to the Caribbean.  I spent 10 years in the islands, I managed a marina, got my captains license & started being a first mate & chef on yachts.  My love for the sea and cooking was a nice blend & it’s a career I continue here in Key Largo.  I started  yoga regularly in the Caribbean & found it to be the perfect bridge between the physical and spiritual and the profound connection began.  After practicing for years, I finally decided to teach in 2010 and sharing yoga with my students is one of the most rewarding gifts of my life.  My classes focus on the mind, body and spiritual connection, balancing strength & softness through proper alignment, breath & movement.  A meditation in motion drawing you back to your true self. You are a powerful being and an ocean of infinite possibilities awaits you. I look forward to seeing you in class & holding space for you beautiful yogi.
