Biography:
I moved to Islamorada in 1995, met my husband & raised my son. I have practiced yoga asana for many years. I am deeply interested in the ancient science of yoga as it has been proven to have benefits for the whole person, body and mind. Yoga is accessible, sustainable and I am inspired to share and guide at Key Largo Yoga as I, myself, continue to learn. Namaste

About my classes

This class is a gentle slower-paced class designed for you to feel flexible in the body and relaxed in the mind. An emphasis on low impact, seated postures held for extended periods will offer the time to connect with breath in a way that calms the nervous system and brings balance to the body.
