Slow Hatha Flow

This will be the perfect morning class, a longer warm-up followed by standing poses that we might hold for a several breaths to build some heat and strength, a few vinyasa transitions, and a longer cool down with breath work and meditation weaved in at the end.  Appropriate for all levels, temperature will be warm.
