Wear comfortable clothes and come prepared to open your mind and your heart
as you begin to learn the techniques of meditation and the art of stilling the mind.
We begin with several techniques of pranayama, move into some opening seated poses,
travel through a guided meditation including chakras, kindness and positivity.
Mantras are offered, and we close with a silent meditation. Please bring your mala if you would like.
