Meditation for Beginners

Wear comfortable clothes and come prepared to open your mind and your heart

as you begin to learn the techniques of meditation and the art of stilling the mind.


We’ll start class with a series of gentle stretches and some basic pranayama (breath control),

and then find a comfortable seat from which to begin our meditation practice.


There will be a guided meditation and then a period of quiet for you to meditate on your own.


Experience the powerful effects of quietening your mind as you discover the benefits of meditation -
