(will resume the last week of April)
This 45-minute class features fun music, story-telling, stretching, and plenty of opportunities for dance and movement. Children will be introduced to Nia – a unique form of dance that incorporates healing arts, martial arts and dance arts while encouraging creative and personalized movement. A little yoga and some basic ballet positions be included, allowing children to explore movement within their own bodies, promoting self-awareness and self-control.
This is a kids-only class led by two experienced instructors who share extensive training in yoga, dance and childcare.
Special introductory rate of $12 per class. Dance attire is encouraged but any comfortable, easy-to-move-in outfit is perfectly fine. Slippers or bare feet okay, but no socks please.
