We met two years ago and you changed my life! I was 190lbs and had not been able to stand on my left leg because of a serious staff infection and been on crutches for two months. We started doing yoga once a week, then to two times once I was able to balance better. We also started talking about changing my eating habits and lifestyle. You helped me understand good and bad foods and to not only lose the weight but keep it off. I am now 135lbs and continue to do yoga and different exercises to keep my body, mind and spirit.
